Quinoa, red bean, garbanzo beans . oats,carrots and fresh seasonings, garlic ,chopped .add . paprika and salt together with some bread crumbs. I use one egg beaten but if you want you can skip the egg for vegetarian. Make into patties and freeze . Cook in pan with little oil for burgers . A few minutes on each sides .

Stuffed Mushrooms with Tuna 2 Cans of Brunswick Tuna ( I use one can in water and one can with jalapeño)

2 Dozens of Mushrooms ,washed,dried and the black stuff inside scooped out ,set aside.
1 Medium onion chopped into very small cubes .
3 Cloves of garlic, chopped or grated fine.
3 Tablespoons of Cilantro or Shadow Benni chopped fine .
3 Tablespoons celery chopped fine .
2 Pimentos( red or green ) chopped fine.
1/2 cup grated carrots.
1 cup of crumbs , cracker crumbs. I use Crix to make my crumbs . (Put into chopper and chop )or any kind you prefer.
1 cup of Mayonnaise (any kind)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese .
Oil or melted butter to drizzle over Mushrooms before baking.
Salt and pepper if needed .
Baking pan or Pyrex greased
Pre-heat oven 350degree
Method
Have tuna cans open and drained off extra liquid.
Put Tuna into large mixing bowl
Add all ingredients and mix together except 2 tablespoon of crumbs for sprinkling over Mushrooms before baking .
Fill Mushrooms to top and sprinkle some crumbs over and drizzle oil or melted butter over each mushroom and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until puffed up and golden color .
This can serve as an appetizer or as a meal together with a salad .
